1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PedOTG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a legal agreement between you (a licensed healthcare professional) and the individual owner of PedOTG.

2. Professional Use Only

PedOTG is intended strictly for use by licensed healthcare professionals. It is not designed for use by the general public or patients. By using the App, you warrant that you possess the necessary medical qualifications to interpret clinical data.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Liability

• Not Medical Advice: The content provided is for informational purposes and clinical decision support only. It does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Mandatory Verification: All clinical data, including drug dosages, medical calculators, and treatment protocols, are updated monthly but may contain errors. Users are strictly required to double-check all calculations and dosages against official hospital guidelines or manufacturer summaries (SmPC) before clinical application.
• Assumption of Risk: The use of PedOTG is at your own risk. The developer shall not be held liable for any clinical errors, adverse patient outcomes, or data inaccuracies.

4. Accounts & Device Limitations

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Device Limit: To prevent account sharing, access is limited to a maximum of three (3) devices per account. Your IP address is monitored solely to enforce this limit and detect unauthorized sharing.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payments: All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, previously paid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. User-Generated Content

• Private Notes: Any notes or annotations you create within the App are private to your account. The developer does not claim ownership of your personal notes.
• Editor Rights: Designated "Editors" have the authority to update guidelines and drug data. Unauthorized attempts to modify core clinical data are strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
